Swap your starter with Oz for more field consistency, swap 3 Gladiolus with either Wheel Wind Dragon / Grace Knight for more offensive capability they brought.
Frilldrod's rearguard pressure was slightly better over Vegetable Avatar's on-ride skill but they will rarely be ridden anyway

Summary
The deck was built with field consistency, and perfect power distribution in mind.
The deck generate pretty heavy pressure from your first Stride turn, but in the other hand it also need to perform stride at least once to functioning properly.
The deck was similar as Altomile deck but trade the early rush with more field presence and consistency, also it was pretty technical from counting / predicting the right time to perform skills since 1 skill activation might trigger other unit skill and give you advantages.
